Job description
- Troubleshoot issues related to:
- Microsoft Office / Office 365
- Windows 10
- Network connectivity
- Web browsers and add-ins
- Printers and mobile devices (iOS/Android)
- Use remote support tools to assist end users
- Install software using SCCM
- Perform virus and malware removal
- Document all work thoroughly in a ticketing system
- Deliver excellent customer service to end users
Requirements
Manpower is currently seeking a skilled IT Support Analyst for an exciting opportunity in Tulsa, OK. This is a great role for an experienced help desk professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment., * 2+ years of Service Desk or Desktop Support experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience with:
- Windows 10 and Office 365
- Active Directory (password resets, account unlocks, group management)
- SCCM (software deployment)
- Mobile device configuration (iOS & Android)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to create basic technical documentation
