Job description
As an Identity and Access Management Architect at West Shore Home, you will architect, evaluate, implement, and maintain our workforce IAM and customer identity foundations, IAM and CIAM software integrations, and enterprise scale automations., * Identity architecture + standards: Define target-state identity patterns, reference architectures, and guardrails for workforce IAM and customer identity initiatives.
- Lead SSO and SCIM provisioning patterns across core apps (HRIS to directory to downstream SaaS), including automation and exception handling.
- Cross-functional delivery: Align HR, Talent Acquisition, Business Systems, Digital Product, Support, and Cyber on "who owns what" for identity decisions and operations.
- Create repeatable standards + patterns (templates, reference architectures, guardrails).
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. The company does not and will not sponsor employment visas.
- Minimum 4 years of customer identity foundation experience: CIAM program shaping (invite flows, account provisioning, authentication patterns, and future commerce enablement).
- Minimum 4 years of Workforce IAM architecture experience in Microsoft Entra ID (preferred), Okta, Ping.
- Authentication familiarity including Certificate based, passwordless, OTP and FIDO2.
- Good understanding of GRC controls and methods to satisfy regulatory compliance.
