Design Engineer II

• Create and manage drawings, BOMs, and engineering changes (ECO/ECR)
• Perform FEA, testing, and validation to ensure performance and reliability
• Analyze results and provide data-driven recommendations
• Support manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and sales with technical expertise
• Participate in DFMEA and product validation planning (DVP&R)
• Drive design-to-cost and design-for-manufacturing improvements
• Contribute to innovation, standardization, and knowledge sharing

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's preferred)
• 5-8 years of experience in mechanical or hydraulic design
• Strong CAD experience (Creo preferred)
• Experience with FEA, stress analysis, and product validation
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems (open/closed loop preferred)
• Familiarity with DFMEA, root cause analysis, and product lifecycle processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent English (additional languages a plus)
