Job description
- Create and manage drawings, BOMs, and engineering changes (ECO/ECR)
- Perform FEA, testing, and validation to ensure performance and reliability
- Analyze results and provide data-driven recommendations
- Support manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and sales with technical expertise
- Participate in DFMEA and product validation planning (DVP&R)
- Drive design-to-cost and design-for-manufacturing improvements
- Contribute to innovation, standardization, and knowledge sharing
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 5-8 years of experience in mechanical or hydraulic design
- Strong CAD experience (Creo preferred)
- Experience with FEA, stress analysis, and product validation
- Knowledge of hydraulic systems (open/closed loop preferred)
- Familiarity with DFMEA, root cause analysis, and product lifecycle processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English (additional languages a plus)
