Job description
We are seeking an experienced Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Delinea to join our team. In this role, you will support multiple environments, resolve incidents, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our PAM operations and processes. You will work closely with technical teams, management, and customers to ensure secure, reliable, and compliant access management solutions.

In this role, you will:
- Resolve incident tickets across multiple environments and applications.
- Learn, follow, and enhance existing processes and procedures for PAM systems.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members, leadership, and customers.
- Support PAM integrations within CI/CD pipelines as part of DevOps activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PAM platforms, vaults, and credential lifecycle.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with PAM solutions, including Delinea (preferred), CyberArk, and/or HashiCorp Vault.
- 4+ years of professional IT experience, preferably in security or infrastructure roles.
- Experience with DevOps, including continuous delivery and integration concepts.
- Strong understanding of AWS or Azure native key vaults.
- Operating system knowledge in Windows (Unix/Linux experience is a plus).
- Prior experience working with Delinea, CyberArk, and HashiCorp Vault in production environments.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Experience with ServiceNow for incident and request management.

$114,500 - $134,000 a year

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
