- Evaluate current company software ecosystem to identify automation and AI-integration opportunities.
- Design and implement custom AI solutions using leading tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, Anthropic, Sora, ChatGPT Enterprise, or domain-specific platforms).
- Develop API connections, workflows, and automations to streamline operations across departments (estimating, recruiting, marketing, project management, etc.).
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify use cases and train teams on new tools and processes.
- Prototype and test AI-assisted systems for accuracy, scalability, and ROI potential.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging AI technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Work with IT and security teams to ensure compliance, data privacy, and risk management standards are met.
- Prepare reports and ROI analyses on implemented AI solutions and their business impact.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Stakeholder engagement?, Do you have a Master's degree?, The AI Engineer will lead the evaluation, implementation, and integration of artificial intelligence technologies across company operations. This role combines technical expertise, business strategy, and process improvement to identify opportunities where AI can enhance productivity, accuracy, and decision-making. The ideal candidate has a strong background in AI tools, automation, and data-driven solution design, with the ability to customize and deploy systems that align with company goals., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in AI systems development, automation design, or data integration.
- Strong familiarity with generative AI models, prompt engineering, and workflow automation tools (Zapier, Power Automate, n8n, etc.).
- Understanding of business operations, particularly in professional services, construction, or technical industries.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-engagement skills.
- Experience using AI within Microsoft 365 or construction management platforms.
- Scripting or programming in Python, JavaScript, or similar.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into practical business applications.
