IT Analyst

SNI Technology is seeking an IT Analyst - Operations & Systems to support a dynamic and growing organization in Jacksonville, FL. This is a hands-on role responsible for maintaining day-to-day IT operations while contributing to system improvements, reporting, and internal technology initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with users, solving practical technical challenges, and growing into broader IT responsibilities rather than specializing in a single area., Day-to-Day IT Operations (Core Focus)

• Provide IT support for end users and enterprise applications to ensure system uptime, performance, and user satisfaction
• Troubleshoot application, integration, and access issues
• Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and enhancements with vendors and internal teams
• Support both cloud and on-premises environments (Azure, Microsoft 365, etc.)

Reporting & Analysis

• Maintain and enhance standard reports and dashboards
• Automate reporting and business processes using SQL, PowerShell, or Python
• Support ad-hoc data requests, analysis, and system integrations across departments

IT Project Management

• Lead or support IT initiatives from planning through implementation and user training
• Gather and document business requirements
• Manage timelines and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Track project progress using project management tools

• Experience with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports, SSRS, Power BI, and/or VBA
• Exposure to scripting and automation tools (PowerShell, SQL, Python, VBA)
• Familiarity with data connectivity and infrastructure (ODBC, DNS, TCP/IP, Active Directory, Azure)
• Experience supporting ERP systems and related integrations
• Experience with Microsoft Project or similar project management tools, * Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of relevant IT experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Preferred certifications: CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, ITIL Foundation
• Experience within Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC) environments is a plus
