Software Developer - Senior

Our client, a leading organization in the real estate and facilities management industry, is seeking a Software Developer - Senior to join their team. As a Software Developer - Senior, you will be part of the CRE Strategy Reporting team supporting data analytics and business intelligence initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, analytical thinking, and effective communication, which will align successfully in the organization., * Accelerate delivery of strategic initiatives supporting CRE Strategy Reporting and Retail Portfolio teams

• Create transparency into performance metrics and milestones across CRE operations
• Develop and maintain dashboards in Tableau to visualize complex datasets
• Clean, blend, and automate large, diverse datasets using SQL, Power Query, or Alteryx
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver insightful reports and dashboards

• Proficiency in Tableau and Excel required
• Experience with SQL or PL/SQL and ETL techniques in tools such as Tableau, MS Power Query, or Alteryx
• End-to-end experience in data wrangling and dashboard design in Tableau
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, Finance, etc.) preferred; Master's degree is a plus
