Job description
- Configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce environments to meet evolving business needs, including workflows, validation rules, and custom objects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions aligned with service-oriented architecture principles and best practices.
- Manage data integrity through regular audits, data imports/exports, and deduplication efforts using tools like Data Loader or Salesforce Data Management tools.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues promptly, and implement enhancements to optimize user experience and operational efficiency.
- Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems via APIs.
- Maintain system security by managing user permissions, roles, profiles, and implementing information security protocols including firewalls, VPNs, and access controls.
- Support deployment processes using Hutte and Gearset.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar IT/system administration role with a focus on CRM platforms.
- Strong understanding of system architecture concepts including solution architecture, system design, and systems engineering principles.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash shell scripting, Python) and automation tools are a plus.
- Experience working within Agile methodologies and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) frameworks to ensure continuous improvement and delivery of solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

- Salesforce Administration: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
