Job description

Gritter Francona is looking for an EHR Provisioning Analyst to help support the full lifecycle deployment and implementation of the Oracle EHR system throughout Veterans Affairs hospitals.

This individual will support planning, execution, and coordination of User Role Assignment and Provisioning for a large-scale, multi-site Electronic Health Record (EHR) system deployment, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. You will assist site leadership with the timely completion of provisioning activities, including data validation and processing. The Analyst will ensure end users have the required access in accordance with client processes and collaborate with User Role Assignment Coordinators (URACs) to ensure proper provisioning is completed in alignment with scheduled events and user role requirements., * Provision, modify, and deactivate user accounts in Oracle Health (Cerner) applications

  • Assign appropriate roles and permissions based on job function and access requests
  • Process access requests through ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) within defined SLAs
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational security policies
  • Perform routine audits of user accounts and access levels
  • Troubleshoot basic access issues and escalate complex problems as needed
  • Maintain documentation of provisioning procedures and updates
  • Collaborate with onboarding/offboarding teams to manage user lifecycle
  • Support periodic access reviews and certification processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Healthcare Admin, or related field
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience
  • Basic understanding of IT systems, user account management, or identity access management (IAM)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with clinical workflows preferred
  • Previous Oracle EHR exposure HIGHLY PREFERRED
