The Sherwin-Williams Performance Coatings Group digital team is accelerating global initiatives across websites, customer engagement, and connected commerce supporting our industrial business. As Digital Project Manager, you will own the end-to-end orchestration of priority digital programs-driving project management excellence, stakeholder communications, and operational plans that turn strategy into predictable delivery. You'll partner with product, marketing, analytics, IT/ETG, divisional leaders, and external vendors to land roadmaps, reduce friction, and scale repeatable ways of working that support PCG's digital growth ambitions., * Lead planning and execution for a global portfolio of digital initiatives (e.g., unified global web experience, self-service/commerce, and innovation tools), establishing scope, milestones, and budgets.
- Run an intake prioritization delivery flow using Microsoft Planner (or equivalent), standardizing briefs, definitions of done, resource allocations, and cross-team dependencies.
- Maintain program source-of-truth plans, dashboards, and weekly status.
- Track adoption and value realization post-launch, feeding insights into the roadmap., * Build and run a multi-level comms cadence (exec readouts, steering updates, core-team notes, division-facing newsletters) that is right-sized to each audience and decision horizon.
- Translate technical progress into business-relevant narratives: outcomes, risks, trade-offs, asks, and next steps.
- Drive stakeholder mapping and engagement plans; surface and resolve cross-functional issues early with data and options.
Requirements
- Data-driven mindset; comfort with dashboards/metrics to guide prioritization and value realization.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Experience balancing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
- Globally minded with demonstrated experience collaborating across regions, cultures, and time zones-able to balance global consistency with local market needs and navigate diverse stakeholder expectations.
- Proven experience establishing and improving operating rhythms (OKRs, roadmaps, steering cadences, and scorecards).
- Demonstrated excellence communicating with executives and cross-functional partners; ability to simplify complex topics and drive decisions.
- Experience working with IT partners and external vendors in a matrixed enterprise.
- Microsoft 365 (Teams, Planner/Project, Excel/PowerPoint), SharePoint, Confluence/Jira (or equivalent), Workfront, and analytics dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) with standardized templates and comms planners., * Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future (e.g., OPT, CPT, H1B, EB-1,etc.)
- Must have a valid, unrestricted drivers license.
- Must have five (5) years in program/project management for digital products, websites, or MarTech/eCommerce; strong command of portfolio planning, dependency management, and risk mitigation.
- Must have hands-on with experience with Project Management and collaboration tools (e.g., Workfront, MS Planner/Project, Confluence, Jira, M365).
- Must have a bachelors degree or higher.
- Must be able to travel 10%., * Have a bachelors degree or higher in Business, Marketing or Digital eComm
- Have a background with B2B eCommerce, identity/access, or global web platforms; familiarity with Adobe/MarTech stacks.
- Have PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or comparable certifications.
