Requirements

  • Bachelor's MIS or a related field. (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)

  • Two years of related experience.

  • Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge: Ability to understand multiple complex systems, troubleshoot issues, and assist end users with questions. Strong analytical skills and functional expertise in software administration. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Ability to deliver effective customer service and training for users with varied technological skills and background., * Bachelor's MIS, Computer Science, Languages, Project Management or related field

  • Two years related experience in technology, information systems, project management, or related field. Experience with Banner or other higher education student information system.
