Job description

  • Create 3D models and assemblies using NX CAD or similar software
  • Generate detailed test reports and communicate findings to design teams
  • Support engineering analysis to validate design robustness and intent
  • Maintain laboratory equipment, calibration standards, and safety compliance

Requirements

Our client, a leading medical device company, is seeking a Mechanical/Mechatronic Test Engineer to join their team. As a Mechanical/Mechatronic Test Engineer, you will be part of the Mechanical Engineering Department supporting the fluidics and mechatronics subsystem design teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and effective communication, which will align successfully in the organization., * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering (or equivalent experience).

  • Minimum 4 years of industry experience in mechanical assembly design, development, and testing related to fluid and motion control.
  • Proficiency in NX CAD or similar 3D modeling software; GD&T knowledge and ASME Y14.5 standards a plus.
  • Experience with lab instrumentation (pressure/force transducers, flow meters, thermocouples) and data acquisition systems.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills; LabVIEW and MATLAB experience a plus.
  • US Citizen or Green card holder required
