Job description
The Senior, End User Computing Analyst provides day to day operations and support for desktop computer, mobile device, and associated peripherals are available for the end users of Norton Healthcare. This position is responsible for ensuring hardware and software is properly setup, configured, and managed in each facility leveraging approved tools for configuration management and asset control. The Senior, End User Computing Analyst serves as an escalation point for onsite issues that cannot be resolved by Intermediate team members or those requiring escalated access This position will be required to work on NHC facility projects as needed. This position will be tasked to help triage, prioritize, and delegate ticket assignments based on knowledge of the environment and business needs. Analysts will be required to proactively address problems found through monitoring, document new solutions, audit inventory, and create reports. Requires previous experience working in an end user computing environment and hold two or more certifications related to I.T. This position is designed to work as directed by the Supervisor, Enterprise Support Service. Senior End User Computing Analysts are expected to maintain or exceed service metrics set by the Enterprise Support Service leadership.
Requirements
- With Required Associate Degree: Five years technical and enterprise desktop systems support
- Without Required Degree: Seven years technical and enterprise desktop systems support
