Machine Learning Architect

• Design, build, and deploy AI/ML and Agentic AI systems as core production capabilities
• Drive automation across software development lifecycles, focusing on code generation and test automation
• Develop and operationalize intelligent AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and task orchestration
• Work with large-scale structured and unstructured data to train, fine-tune, and evaluate models
• Own end-to-end AI workflows including data pipelines, model training, deployment, monitoring, and optimization
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into CI/CD and developer tooling
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, ML, LLMs, and agent-based systems
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship in AI, ML, and data-driven automation initiatives

• 12+ years of experience in AI/ML, data science, or applied machine learning roles
• Strong data background including data engineering, data modeling, and large-scale datasets
• Proven expertise in architecting and delivering large-scale AI/ML solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, autonomous systems, or AI orchestration frameworks
• Strong programming skills in Python with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX
• Experience applying AI to software engineering automation such as code intelligence and test automation
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into scalable, production-ready systems, * Experience building AI-powered developer tools or internal engineering platforms
• Familiarity with LLM-based architectures, vector databases, and RAG techniques
• Experience working in cloud-native and distributed systems environments
• Background in performance-sensitive or large-scale software platform., * Machine Learning/AI: 10 years (Required)
