Industrial Systems Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Systems Specialist to take ownership of the maintenance and optimization of complex mechanical and electrical systems across our facilities. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of our critical infrastructure. Your expertise in HVAC, refrigeration, and industrial control systems will directly impact our operational effectiveness and sustainability efforts. Responsibilities

• Spearhead the design and implementation of advanced HVAC, refrigeration, boiler, pump, and compressed air systems for both new and existing facilities, enhancing overall system performance.
• Craft and oversee preventative maintenance programs across all locations, minimizing downtime and maximizing equipment lifespan.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts on sophisticated systems equipment and building automation systems, ensuring swift resolution of technical issues.
• Analyze systems performance data to identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost reduction, driving efficiency gains.
• Oversee large-scale projects, including system upgrades and replacements, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards, maintaining a safe and compliant operating environment.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for systems and procedures, facilitating knowledge sharing and training.

• 6+ years of experience as a licensed electrician specializing in commercial or industrial HVAC, refrigeration, boiler, pump, and compressed air systems.
• Solid understanding of building automation systems and energy management principles.
• Familiarity with ASHRAE standards and local building codes., * Proficiency with Motor Control Centers (MCCs) from manufacturers like Allen Bradley, Eaton, and Siemens.
• Experience with industrial controls from Allen Bradley and Siemens.
• Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) from Allen Bradley and Siemens.
• Experience with conveyor systems.
• Demonstrated project management and leadership capabilities.
