Director of Network Infrastructure

We are seeking a hands-on Director of Network Infrastructure with deep expertise in Aruba networking, enterprise wireless environments, and Fortinet security platforms to support a large gaming and hospitality organization in Las Vegas.

This role is ideal for a technical network leader who enjoys staying close to the technology while guiding infrastructure operations and mentoring technical teams.

The selected candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting secure, high-availability network infrastructure across casino and hospitality environments. The position works closely with executive leadership while maintaining direct involvement in network architecture and operational troubleshooting.

MAIN OBJECTIVES

• Lead the design, implementation, and management of enterprise network infrastructure
• Manage and optimize Aruba networking and wireless environments across distributed locations
• Oversee and maintain Fortinet firewall and network security platforms (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer)
• Support LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, and enterprise wireless networking across casino and hospitality operations
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and security for mission-critical network infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network performance and connectivity issues
• Collaborate with IT leadership on infrastructure improvements and long-term network strategy
• Support compliance and security best practices within regulated environments such as gaming operations
• Mentor and guide network engineers and infrastructure staff

SCHEDULE OF WORK

Full-time position. Standard business hours Monday through Friday, with flexibility as needed to support operational requirements.

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering or network infrastructure leadership
• Strong hands-on experience with Aruba networking technologies and enterprise wireless environments
• Deep expertise with Fortinet security platforms (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer)
• Experience managing LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, wireless networking, and network security infrastructure
• Strong troubleshooting experience in large distributed enterprise environments
• Experience supporting high-availability operational environments such as casinos, hospitality, or retail networks
• Proven ability to lead technical teams while remaining technically hands-on, * Experience supporting casino, gaming, hospitality, or large retail environments
• Aruba, Fortinet, or Cisco networking certifications
• Experience with hybrid or cloud networking environments (AWS / Azure)
• Experience supporting high-density wireless environments
