If this aligns with your values and you want to join a leader in the banking industry, we are hiring for a Network Security Manager that will be responsible for architecting, implementing, and maintaining cybersecurity toolsets to enhance the network's overall security posture., * Manages cybersecurity solutions, including but not limited to SIEM, endpoint protection, email security, and internet filtering

Leading a team of cybersecurity professionals, ensuring effective cyber incident preparedness and response.

Identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge, and implement training programs.

Assists with the design of the security architecture for the organization, along with the configuration and deployment of hardware, software, and services.

Act as the primary contact during interactions with external auditors and regulators, ensuring that the organization meets all compliance requirements.

Assists with the Vulnerability Management Program, performs vulnerability scans, and tracks through remediation.

Develops internal and external documentation, such as security, policies, detailed procedures, playbooks, and operational metrics reports.

Creates, analyzes, and communicates security metrics to leadership

Drives internal and external audit remediation items to completion

Requirements
Do you have experience in Writing skills?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Well-versed in various information security frameworks, standards, and industry compliance requirements (NIST CSF, PCI, ISO 27002, CIS Baselines)

Relevant security certifications - CRISC, CISSP, GSEC, etc.

Background in scripting in widely used languages such as PowerShell, Python, YAML, etc.

High degree of organization, ability to multitask, and meet deadlines

Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Foster open communication, speaks with impact, listens to others, and writes effectively

An individual should possess good interpersonal skills

Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and across all levels

Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent experience
Preferred
- 5 - 10 years of experience in cybersecurity or a related IT management role, preferably in a financial services or banking environment.
