- CNC CAM Program Reviewing, Editing, and Creating (Fusion 360)
- Keyence IM Programming and Editing
- CAD Modeling
- Troubleshooting Issues/Tickets
- Meetings with Programming Team
- Updating Programmer Feedback
- Updating, and Deploying new Best Practices & SOPs
- Testing tooling, new programming methods and approaches
- Ordering Tooling/Material as needed
Management
- Maintaining and Updating Programmer KPIs
- Coordinating Activities with Remote Programming Team
- Creating & Updating Best Practices Including Documentation and Training
- Perform bi-weekly 1:1 meetings with the remote Programming Team
- Genuinely care about the wellbeing of your employees

- Follow up and provide opportunities for improvement
- Participate in interviews and make hiring decisions with HR.
- Supervise employee training needs, coordinate with HR
- Lead and develop a team of remote programmers, work with HR to create policies and training documents.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Task prioritization?, * Experience with various programming software (MasterCam, Fusion360, Esprit, etc)
- Ability to quickly learn new applications (Fusion360)
- Experience with Programming Haas Machines
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Machining Industry tooling knowledge
- GD&T Knowledge
- 3+ Years Machining Experience
- Ability to Lead a remote team
- Ability to Multi-Task, Prioritize, and Manage Time Effectively
- Adaptive and Flexible
- Above Average Organization
