- Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues related to iOS and Android App for IoT system utilizing ticketing systems to log, track, and manage support requests effectively.
- Assist customers via phone, email, or in-person with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service.
- Conduct software troubleshooting to identify and resolve application-related problems.
- Testing and resetting systems that were returned
- Assisting in other areas such as new features, new product development and other areas as needed
Requirements

In this role, you will provide exceptional technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring that their software and hardware issues are resolved efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and a passion for customer service, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment., * Strong understanding of iOS and Android App for IoT system, and WiFi networks.
- Experience in IoT devices and troubleshooting.
- Excellent software troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
- Familiarity with various office applications and tools is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
