Job description

We are seeking a reliable, experienced IT Support Technician in Chardon, Ohio. This position is on-site at one of our client locations, assisting end users with day-to-day technical support needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent client skills, a solid understanding of Windows operating systems, basic networking, Microsoft 365, and desktop/laptop troubleshooting., * Provide Level 1 and 2 technical support to end users (onsite and remote)

  • Set up and configure hardware, software, and peripherals
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with workstations, printers, and network connectivity
  • Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding of users and IT asset management
  • Travel to client sites as needed to provide on-site support, Candidates will train in the Saybrook, Ohio, office for approximately 30 days before reporting to the Chardon facility. .

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an IT support/helpdesk role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and basic networking concepts
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required; candidate must be able to drive their personal vehicle to client locations
