Job description
Four Seasons Nashville is seeking an IT professional to support the efficient operation and maintenance of all computer systems, data, and voice communications at the property. This role ensures reliable technology performance that directly supports both guest experience and internal hotel operations., * Assist the Director of IT in daily operations related to computer systems and network infrastructure.
- Provide systems administration, including user and group account management, access configuration, troubleshooting, and documentation.
- Support server infrastructure, including performance monitoring, OS patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Deliver elevated end-user support to hotel staff, ensuring minimal downtime and smooth operational workflow.
- Provide direct guest support and high-quality assistance for function rooms and conference services.
- Maintain and support desktop operating systems and applications, including regular update and patch management.
- Assist in maintaining high availability for critical hotel systems.
- Support IT security and compliance processes, including audits, access controls, and policy adherence.
- Assist with administration of O365, global VPN connectivity, and communication tools.
- Assist with coordination of new acquisitions and major technology projects as required.
Requirements
- Experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related technical role.
- Knowledge of desktop operating systems, common enterprise applications, and server environments.
- Experience in computer networking (preferred).
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to support both employees and hotel guests.
- Familiarity with IT compliance, security procedures, and system availability standards.
