Health Information & Systems Manager

• Manage and optimize EMR/EHR and Practice Management systems
• Standardize templates and improve clinical workflows
• Oversee IT infrastructure, vendors, and system performance
• Support data reporting, dashboards, and operational insights
• Ensure compliance with MIPS, HIPAA, and CLIA
• Coordinate provider & staff team onboarding/offboarding in all systems
• Implement system integrations and emerging technologies (AI tools)
• Provide technical troubleshooting and equipment replacement, set up and coordination

We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy professional to oversee clinical systems, technology, and data management across a growing multi-site dermatology practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of healthcare operations, IT systems, and process improvement., * 3-5+ years in healthcare systems, IT with Health focus

• Strong experience with EHR/PM systems
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance and workflows
• Highly organized, solution-oriented, and detail-driven
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, Able to travel between all locations when needed

• Monday-Friday schedule (no weekends) on-site (not a remote position)
