This role requires a strong, client-facing leader who can confidently engage and influence stakeholders, including executive and C-suite leaders, to drive alignment and ensure successful delivery. The Project Manager proactively identifies opportunities for optimization, process improvement, and strategic Salesforce enhancements to drive client success. They are ultimately accountable for project success, client satisfaction, and ensuring solutions align to the client's underlying business goals and motivations-not just stated requirements. The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000 per year. However, if you possess additional valuable skill sets that could benefit the enterprise like addtional Salesforce Certificaitons, you may be eligible for higher compensation. We encourage strong candidates to apply without hesitation., * Oversee the full lifecycle of multiple Salesforce consulting projects, ensuring alignment with budget, scope, timeline, and resource allocation.
- Work within an Agile environment, continuously refining priorities, milestones, deliverables, risks, and opportunities.
- Partner with client stakeholders (Product Owners) to shape the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment to business objectives and measurable outcomes.
- Conduct client discovery sessions, define business processes, and document user stories.
- Develop deep knowledge of clients' business objectives to recommend Salesforce enhancements and integrations.
- Lead a high-performing technical team, translating project goals into actionable requirements with user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Own the end-to-end success of client engagements, including delivery outcomes, client satisfaction, and long-term relationship health
- Lead and influence client stakeholders, including senior leadership and C-suite, to drive decisions, manage expectations, and maintain alignment
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, challenging assumptions and guiding them toward best-practice Salesforce solutions
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to scope, timeline, stakeholder alignment, and solution adoption
- Drive accountability across both internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure commitments are met
- Set and track project milestones, manage unforeseen delays, and adjust schedules as needed.
- Establish and maintain project communication plans, ensuring regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Facilitate key client meetings, including kickoffs, discovery sessions, touchpoints, and demos.
- Gather, analyze, and present project insights, trends, and status reports.
- Maintain and prioritize the sprint backlog, balancing stakeholder requirements.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint.
- Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to drive decision-making and uncover future opportunities for client engagement.
- Coordinate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and stand-ups.
- Identify and resolve team impediments while fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Requirements
- 4+ years of project management experience leading multiple projects simultaneously
- Hands-on Salesforce project management experience within a consulting environment is strongly preferred
- Experience delivering software solutions or services in collaboration with development teams
- Proven ability to lead client engagements with executive-level stakeholders, including C-suite communication and influence
- Demonstrated ownership of project outcomes, with a track record of delivering successful implementations in complex client environments
- Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust, navigate challenging conversations, and drive alignment
- Ability to deeply understand client business models, goals, and motivations, and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions
- Experience managing scope and pushing back when necessary to protect delivery quality and outcomes
- Strong balance of technical expertise and business acumen
- Proactive self-starter with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and align stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated leadership and people management experience
