Windows Server Engineer/ Admin

We are seeking a skilled Windows System Engineer / Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our Windows-based infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with system administration, troubleshooting, and supporting enterprise environments., * Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments

• Manage Active Directory, including users, groups, GPOs, and permissions
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability
• Perform system upgrades, patching, and security updates
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Manage file servers, storage systems, and backup solutions
• Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
• Collaborate with network, security, and application teams

• 3-6 years of experience in Windows system administration
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting
• Experience with Microsoft 365 / Azure administration
• Understanding of virtualization technologies (VMware / Hyper-V)
• Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions
• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Windows Server certifications
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls)
• Exposure to security and compliance standards
