Responsibilities Include:
- Design, develop, implement, and manage change deliverables that will enable users to successfully transition from current state to future state
- Develop a stakeholder assessment and organizational readiness plan
- Outline the leadership engagement program
- Develop the communications plan and training strategy
- Conduct preliminary change impact assessment based on defined rollout and technical solution
- Develop overall change management strategy and rollout plan
- Identify brand awareness program requirements
- Develop risk mitigation planning strategies
- OCM tactical project plan and execution details
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) or equivalent experience are valued
- Minimum 5-7+ years of relevant experience related to successful delivery of change management work in the disciplines of job/role/organization design, stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, sponsorship alignment, communication execution, and training management
- 2 full lifecycle implementations related to ERP Implementations
- Demonstrated ERP platform experience in SAP S4 HANA, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Workday, or equivalent
- Strong proficiency in using Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Strong technical document writing and communication skills
- Strong leadership presence and ability to facilitate discussions with C-suite executives
- Detailed oriented, analytical, and good organization skills
- Capable of leading meetings with internal and external clients' resources (remote, local)
- Microsoft Project Planning
- Easily assimilates into Huron's values and corporate culture
- Ability to travel 50%

The estimated base salary for this job is $145,000.00 - $170,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $166,750- $212,500. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
