UX Designer

We are partnering with a global leader in the food, agriculture, and manufacturing industry to identify an experienced Senior UX Design Professional. This organization operates at enterprise scale, supporting complex digital ecosystems across web platforms, business units, and global markets. In this role, you will serve as a hands-on UX expert responsible for building and managing foundational UX systems, tools, research, and processes. You will shape the user experience strategy for large-scale digital properties and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure digital experiences meet both user and business goals. This is an opportunity to influence UX strategy, strengthen design governance, and drive experience consistency across high-visibility digital initiatives., As a Senior UX Design Professional, you will play a key role in defining, organizing, and operationalizing UX activities across enterprise digital platforms. Responsibilities include, * Lead the initial setup and ongoing management of a centralized UX and content documentation hub (SharePoint).

• Maintain a unified SharePoint site that houses all UX, content, design, and reference materials.
• Build and manage the Figma design library, components, and resources for enterprise web properties.
• Gather and organize existing reference materials, templates, and pattern documentation.

Design Governance & Collaboration

• Partner closely with the internal UX Center of Excellence to drive alignment and consistency.
• Define which UX patterns can be self-served and which require guided UX consultation.
• Consult with stakeholders on initiatives requiring UX strategy, refinement, or deeper engagement.
• Support alignment across communications teams and additional business units outside of core stakeholders.

User Research & Strategy

• Oversee user research documentation, personas, and general research for enterprise web platforms.
• Contribute to content strategy and UX strategy initiatives-strengthening mature processes and helping guide new ones.
• Support governed initiatives that impact multiple enterprise stakeholders.

User Experience & Information Architecture

• Lead UX improvements across key digital properties, including the main website and related digital tools.
• Provide information architecture guidance and help drive large-scale site structure updates.
• Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to align on shared goals and long-term UX initiatives.

Operational Support

• Help refine and improve UX intake processes.
• Enable teams with UX support materials, best practices, and frameworks.

• 6+ years of professional UX design experience.
• Prior UX experience with CARGILL
• Top Skill Requirements: Sprout, Figma, Maze, Excel, UI tools
• Strong hands-on expertise with Figma, including developing and managing design systems or component libraries.
• Experience managing UX or content documentation environments (e.g., SharePoint).
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs and complex user requirements into clear design solutions.
• Experience collaborating with product managers, engineers, content strategists, and design peers.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards, responsive design, and brand-aligned UI principles.
• Experience working in large, matrixed organizations or enterprise-level digital environments.
• Ability to drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience partnering with or contributing to a UX Center of Excellence.
• Background in user research methodologies, persona development, and synthesizing insights.
• Experience supporting content strategy initiatives or working closely with content teams.
• Familiarity with information architecture for large websites.
• Experience defining UX intake processes and design governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of agricultural, food production, or manufacturing industry digital needs (a plus, not required).
