Job description

As our Recruiting Specialist, you'll be the friendly face and voice that helps build our teams. You'll:

  • Source candidates through social media, job boards, and community events.
  • Guide applicants through the process - from first contact to offer.
  • Support hiring managers with scheduling, follow-up, and great communication.
  • Keep our recruiting systems running smoothly and our candidate pipelines full.
  • Represent One Senior Care with pride at job fairs and community events.

You'll work closely with our HR team and managers to ensure every candidate feels welcomed, informed, and appreciated throughout the hiring journey.

Requirements

We're looking for a Recruiting Specialist who's energized by human connection and passionate about helping others grow - both in their careers and communities., * You're approachable, organized, and love connecting with people.

  • You handle details with care and keep things moving forward smoothly.
  • You're confident using systems like Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, or an ATS.
  • You have at least 1 year of experience in recruiting ideally recruiting front-line staff in a clinical or an administrative setting - or simply the drive to learn quickly and grow in this field.
