This role is responsible for designing and delivering scalable data solutions, intelligent automations, and AI-enabled solutions that drive measurable business performance improvements. In this hands-on, technical role, you will build and maintain data pipelines, analytical applications, and automation solutions that power digital scorecards, KPIs, OKRs, and process insights (e.g., on platforms such as Celonis). You will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, process analysts, and automation specialists to translate business needs into robust, future-ready solutions. This position will follow a hybrid model work approach Responsibilities:

  • Partner with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable data and automation solutions.
  • Design, build, and customize Celonis data models, analytical apps, dashboards, and automations to drive actionable insights.
  • Architect and implement end-to-end data pipelines integrating enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Jira) with Celonis.
  • Develop data-driven and AI-enabled automation workflows and integrations to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
  • Optimize, monitor, and continuously improve large-scale data and automation platforms for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Provide production support, troubleshooting, and maintain clear technical documentation for solutions and architectures.
  • Mentor junior engineers, establish best practices, and contribute to process intelligence, automation, and AI strategy.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of proven experience in data engineering, process intelligence, automation engineering, software development, analytics, or related technical roles.
  • Hands-on expertise with Celonis (or similar platforms), including data engineering, process mining, analytics, app development, and automation/orchestration (Action Flows, MLWB, etc.).
  • Strong programming and data engineering skills (Python, SQL) with experience in data modeling, warehousing, governance, APIs, databases, and distributed systems.
  • Proven ability to design and deploy end-to-end automation solutions, including data-driven, rule-based, and AI-enabled automations.
  • Experience integrating data and automation solutions with enterprise systems such as SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, CRM, and HR platforms; familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, process modeling, and process mining, with a track record of delivering scalable solutions in global, cross-functional, Agile environments (DevOps/CI/CD and Git knowledge preferred).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, a results-oriented mindset, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree or certifications such as Celonis, RPA, Scrum are a plus)
