The Manager - Genomics Solutions & Programs will lead strategic initiatives that expand Revvity's presence in new and emerging markets through customer-centric innovation and tailored solutions leveraging internal Revvity capabilities. This role requires a visionary leader with deep technical expertise and strong business acumen to design and execute programs that align with evolving customer needs and market dynamics. The successful candidate will drive organizational change, foster cross-functional engagement, and ensure strategic alignment between businesses, and ultimately achieve global growth objectives by bringing new solutions to new customers and markets through expanded and new product and service offerings., Strategic Leadership & Market Insight.
- Develop and implement strategies for product solutions and programs that anticipate market shifts and position Revvity genomics solutions for sustained growth.
- Provide thought leadership in the NGS, Genomics, molecular testing, and research tools space, leveraging deep market knowledge to identify emerging trends and unmet needs.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of competitive landscapes, technology advancements, and customer requirements to inform strategic decisions and portfolio expansion.
- Translate complex scientific and market insights into actionable business strategies that drive innovation and differentiation.
Cross-Functional Engagement.
- Drive collaboration across disparate operating businesses, global sites, and diverse areas of expertise to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.
- Partner with R&D, Operations, Bioinformatics, IT, and Commercial teams to deliver product and/or service solutions and programs on time and within scope.
- Engage with product leadership to guide decisions around product catalogs and future new product introductions based on market demands.
- Influence decision-making across a global matrixed organization to accelerate strategic initiatives and foster resilience.
Customer-Centric Innovation.
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), strategic partners, and customers to drive tailored solutions and continuous improvement.
- Translate customer feedback into actionable strategies that enhance product-market fit and application alignment.
- Lead tactical responses to specific customer opportunities or requests for proposals (RFPs), including formulation of statements of work and oversight of project completion through required milestones.
- Reinforce a customer-first mindset across business operations to ensure responsiveness and excellence in delivery.
Program Development & Execution.
- Lead the design and execution of innovative programs that unlock growth in new and emerging markets.
- Develop go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and value propositions that differentiate Revvity in a competitive landscape.
- Support evaluation of feasibility, capabilities, and support for all materials and products included in relevant solutions including custom and catalog synthetic oligos, biological products, non-synthetic oligos, cells, analytical tools, and more.
- Ensure programs are scalable and adaptable to meet evolving customer and market demands.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in R&D, Applications/Technical Sales, or Product
- Management within the life sciences industry.
- Demonstrates independence, initiative, and self-accountability in achieving objectives and requirements in a deadline conscious manner.
- Demonstrated experience bringing new solutions to market.
- Experience developing proposals and technical exhibits to accurately capture technical and business requirements to support new products, services, and/or solutions.
- Experience working directly with customers to negotiate and close new business.
- At least 2 years managing a complex life science reagents portfolio.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Molecular Biology or related field.
- Proven leadership experience in Product Management, Strategy, or R&D/product development.
- Expertise in functional genomics technologies (CRISPR, siRNA, viral products).
- Expertise in next-generation sequencing and molecular detection reagents and research tools.
- Experience with presenting to and influencing senior and executive leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans aligned with business and customer needs., Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication and influencing capabilities.
- Ability to lead organizational change and foster cross-functional alignment.
- Resilient, innovative mindset with a focus on customer-centricity.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Travel. Up to 20% domestic and international travel are required (or 50% for remote option)..
Benefits & conditions
$120,000 - $135,000 a year

This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The pay offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
Please note that base pay is only one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This range allows for the successful candidate to have an opportunity to progress within the position and develop at our company. This base pay range does not take into account bonuses, equity, or other benefits which may be applicable and are dependent on the level and position offered.
