Join a collaborative, outcomes-driven environment with Trissential supporting you every step of the way, We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead large-scale network and site infrastructure initiatives across multiple locations. This role is responsible for managing complex deployments involving network hardware, connectivity, and physical infrastructure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of network infrastructure projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout

Oversee deployment of network environments, including:
o Routers, switches, firewalls o WAN/LAN connectivity o Site infrastructure buildouts and upgrades
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, network engineering, facilities, and external vendors
- Manage multiple concurrent projects impacting hundreds to thousands of users
- Own and maintain project schedules, risks, and deliverables using Microsoft Project and PWA
- Develop and manage project financials, including:
o Budgeting o Forecasting o Accrual tracking
- Utilize SAP to pull and analyze financial and project-related data
- Ensure alignment with PMO standards, governance, and reporting requirements
- Facilitate regular stakeholder communications and status updates
- Travel to project sites as needed to support deployments and key milestones
Requirements
- Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or network deployment projects
o Typical project budgets of $1M+ o Experience supporting multi-site or enterprise-wide implementations
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure technologies, including:
o Routers, switches, firewalls o WAN/LAN environments o Physical network infrastructure at site locations
- Proficiency with:
o Microsoft Project and Project Web App (PWA) o Advanced Excel (financial tracking, forecasting, reporting) o SAP ERP (data extraction and reporting)
- Demonstrated ability to manage project financials and budgets independently
- Experience working in a PMO-driven environment with structured governance
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly (weekly) to project sites
Education & Certifications You Need
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- PMI-PMP strongly preferred

- Competitive Compensation - You choose the model that works best for you, both with company-sponsored benefits! $125,000-$145,000 annually or $80-$90 per hour. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
