Job description

The Manager, Sales Technology & Analytics Enablement (Professional Path) is primarily responsible for leading the sales technology and analytics division to enhance sales team effectiveness through technology. You will tap into advanced technology and analytics solutions to drive optimal sales processes and support the sales force.

In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, and analytics supporting Field Service Engineers, Clinical Application Specialists, and Service Operations teams.
  • Transform sales and service data into actionable insights that highlight performance trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support recurring and ad hoc data requests from Service Operations and commercial partners with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain existing KPIs and work with stakeholders to define, validate, and implement new performance metrics.
  • Explore data independently to identify insights and recommend improvements without requiring heavy direction.
  • Utilize analytics and data tools including SQL (advanced joins), Alteryx, Foresight or similar data lake platforms, Einstein Analytics, Tableau, SharePoint, SAP, Power BI, and advanced Excel.
  • Build visualizations that clearly communicate business stories and help leaders quickly understand key drivers and take action.
  • Validate data accuracy through proactive data quality checks, reconciliation, and root cause analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +13 yrs; Assoc.+9 yrs; M.S.+2 yrs; PhD+0 yrs)
  • The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
  • 5 Years of Relevant Experience
