Job description
Handle end-to-end SAP OTC processes, including sales order management, delivery, billing, and credit management.
Manage and configure Scheduling Agreements (a mandatory requirement).
Work extensively on EDI/IDoc processes-monitoring, error resolution, reprocessing, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in SD, FI, and MM to ensure seamless integration.
Perform ABAP debugging to analyze issues and provide functional inputs to the technical team.
Support business stakeholders in resolving incidents, change requests, and enhancements.
Document business requirements, functional specifications, and test scenarios.
Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of SAP OTC end-to-end processes.
Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Scheduling Agreements in the automotive industry.
Experience in the automobile/manufacturing domain is essential.
Deep understanding of IDoc/EDI (ORDERS, DESADV, INVOIC, DELFOR, DELJIT, etc.).
Ability to perform ABAP debugging for issue analysis.
Good understanding of integrations with SD-FI (billing, account determination) and SD-MM (intercompany, delivery, procurement).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a global team environment.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with VDA/Automotive labeling, ASN processes, or OEM integrations. Mandatory Skills: SAP SD - Sales and Distribution .
Experience: 8-10 Years .
Benefits & conditions
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
