Job description
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining innovative, scalable, and secure applications that support the firm's strategic objectives. Your expertise in mobile app and API development will be crucial in building transformative digital products. This role will require someone to be in our Woodbridge, NJ office 3 days a week., Application Delivery
- Develop hybrid mobile apps using native languages and mobile web development
- Design, develop, test and deploy high-quality software solutions using AWS, React, and modern scripting languages.
- Ensure cross-platform compatibility and performance optimization.
- Leverage AWS services for application development, including serverless computing, and cloud storage solutions.
- Design, develop, and manage APIs to support seamless integration across systems.
- Adhere to architecture decisions to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Ensure security best practices in cloud-based development.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Business Solution Engineers, QA, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Share experience and knowledge with a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.
- Promote best practices in coding, testing, and deployment across the team.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Web development?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in mobile and web application development.
- Hands-on cloud experience with AWS services such as Lambda, AppSync or similar.
- Experience working with NoSQL databases (e.g., Dynamo, Mongo).
- Experience with mobile app development using SwiftUI, Kotlin or hybrid framework.
- Proficient in designing, developing, and managing APIs utilizing GraphQL and REST.
- Advanced skills in TypeScript and JavaScript for software development and scripting.
- Familiarity with modern development workflows, version control (Git), and deployment pipelines along with mobile app lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks for managing and delivering projects.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional technology teams, including software engineers, solution engineers, infrastructure engineers, and architects.

- Vision insurance, The base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $180,000 per year. This range reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this role.
