Job description

  • Analyze current IVR systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements related to call center technology.
  • Design and develop prototypes to demonstrate potential solutions for business and technical teams.
  • Utilize Agile tools such as JIRA, Bitbucket, and GitHub Copilot to manage project workflows and code repositories.
  • Support the integration of speech IVR and client-facing systems, ensuring seamless user experiences.

Requirements

Our client, a leading organization in the communications and technology industry, is seeking an IVR Technical Analyst to join their team. As an IVR Technical Analyst, you will be part of the Customer Support and Technology Development teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization., * Proficiency with Agile/Lean methodologies and tools like JIRA, Bitbucket, and GitHub Copilot.

  • Experience with Python programming and prompt engineering techniques.
  • Knowledge of cloud and call center technologies is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with 5-6 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with Speech IVR systems, Genesys Cloud CX, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
