Job description

This position is responsible for ensuring profitable restaurant operations while overseeing the front-of-house staff in their department. Primary functions of this role are overseeing floor shifts, completing daily money management tasks, coaching, and developing of hourly staff., * Manage the daily profitable operations of the restaurant during your assigned shifts;

  • Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to all staff during the shift;
  • Ensure that quality standards for food and service are consistently met;
  • Handle any customer complaints/issues according to company procedures;
  • Must be willing/able to assist in any area of the restaurant, and therefore must be proficient in Host, Expo, Server and Bar positions.

Requirements

The right candidate will have 5+ years in Restaurants (Hospitality), Open/Flexible availability, Leadership or management experience, excellent communication skills, Computer skills, and a Positive Attitude., * 5 Years in the Hospitality Industry (Serving, Bartending or Management experience preferred);

  • Excellent Communication Skills;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office;
  • Leadership Skills;
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and move about for 8-10 hour shifts;
  • Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs;
  • Must be able to walk up and down stairs without complications
  • Problem solving abilities, be prepared to think and act quickly in stressful situations;
  • Knowledge of HealthSafety procedures in accordance with MDH. Serve Safe Certification a plus.
