Network Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Network Engineer with a strong focus on Cisco and Meraki SD-WAN technologies, emphasizing security and deployment. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge in designing, implementing, and managing secure, high-performance network infrastructures. This role is crucial for ensuring the seamless operation and integrity of our network services, supporting our organization's growth and digital transformation initiatives. Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage Cisco and Meraki SD-WAN solutions to optimize network

performance, reliability, and scalability across multiple sites.

• Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems, to protect data and infrastructure.
• Conduct network assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities, recommend improvements, and ensure compliance with industry standards and security policies.
• Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to develop and execute strategies for network security, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
• Manage the full lifecycle of network infrastructure projects, from initial design through

implementation, testing, and support.

• Provide technical support and guidance on network configuration, troubleshooting, and

optimization.

• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in network infrastructure and security, evaluating their potential impact on the organization.
• Document network designs, configurations, and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and operational efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in network engineering, with a strong focus on Cisco and Meraki SD-WAN technologies.
• Professional certifications in Cisco (CCNA, CCNP) and/or Meraki are highly desirable.
• Proven track record in designing and deploying secure network infrastructures, including experience with firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
• Deep understanding of network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF), and network security best practices.
• Experience with network performance monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
