Technical Support Representative

1-VoIP is an Edmond based, VoIP phone service provider. We provide phone service to residential and business customers globally. With our growing customer base we are looking to hire a full time Technical Support Representative to join our staff.

This is an entry-level position with no experience required. It does require:

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Strong computer skills

• Strong phone based sales skills

• Basic concept of server/Linux environment

• Basic concept of a network environment
