Job description
We are a growing medical equipment distribution company looking for a detail-oriented ERP specialist to join our team. This is a hands-on, in-office role focused on keeping our ERP system accurate, up to date, and running smoothly. You'll own the data - price lists, customer records, product information, and more - and make sure everything is clean, current, and organized.
While the position starts with a strong focus on data management and maintenance, there is real opportunity to grow into broader operational responsibilities over time.
What You'll Do

Maintain and update customer records, price lists, product data, and order information in our ERP system

Perform bulk data entry and updates across multiple modules

Cross-reference and reconcile data between Excel files and the ERP

Identify and correct discrepancies in pricing, customer info, and inventory records

Prepare and format data files for ERP uploads

Support day-to-day operations and data-related tasks as needed, This is not a developer or IT role. We are not looking for someone to build or configure the system - we need someone who works in it daily and knows how to get things done on the data and operations side.
Requirements
Hands-on experience with Priority ERP (by Priority Software) is required - candidates without Priority ERP experience will not be considered

Comfortable navigating Priority modules, running queries, and managing records

Strong Excel skills: VLOOKUPs, data comparison, cleanup, and formatting

High attention to detail and a strong sense of data accuracy

Ability to manage multiple tasks and data projects simultaneously

Self-starter who can work independently once up to speed
Nice to Have

Experience in distribution, wholesale, or medical supply

Familiarity with Priority ERP upload/import processes
