We are seeking detail oriented Technical Support Representatives/Call Center Agents to join our team. The position is Mon-Fri day shift and located in our Tricities, WA office (remote is not an option). Position is immediate hire - please state your availability when applying. The ideal candidate will be good with technology and patient/able to help others with technology. The position requires learning our software and then helping customers with onboarding, setting up accounts, answering questions on general software usage, troubleshooting problems on both our web and mobile healthcare software platforms., * Must have experience in Technical Support, Helpdesk, Call Center or similar
- Extremely detail oriented and able to multi-task
- Strong English written and oral communication
- Must be able to help end users at all levels of computer skills and provide excellent customer service
- Strong documentation skills
- Healthcare experience is a plus, * Technical Support: 1 year (Preferred)
