Job description
The Integration Specialist meets with and assists customer IT contacts to implement LMS & SSO integration with iCEV. Also trains internal team members to assist customers with LMS & SSO support level questions while working directly with customers to resolve escalated LMS or SSO issues., * Communicates with customers through multiple platforms, such as webchat, phone, email, Zoom and/or Teams video meeting.
- Schedules meetings with customers to further help them with their LMS & SSO integration problems once an issue has been escalated.
- Trains internal team on frontline support of LMS or SSO integrations with customers.
- Maintains a team Outlook/Calendly scheduler for both internal training sessions and customer training meetings.
- Attends meetings with developers, as needed, to provide feedback for updates and fixes.
- Communicates updates with internal staff and makes sure they understand the limitations and functionality of the company platform.
- Communicates updates with customers and internal staff by creating tutorials such as screenshots and video recordings.
- Recording pertinent customer meeting information in Salesforce for all internal stakeholders to reference.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (Schoology, Google Classroom, Canvas, Moodle, etc.)
- Knowledge of iCEV products and offerings
- Knowledge of Rostering / SSO product (Clever, Classlink)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems within a web browser.
- Ability to communicate technical resolutions efficiently to customers which are often not as technologically proficient.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent time management, organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of experience.
- Customer support or success experience required.
- Experience with one or more of the following Learning Management Systems: Blackboard, Canvas, Google Classroom, Moodle, or Schoology.
Additional Details:
Our organization supports a flexible work environment that balances collaboration, productivity, and business needs. Following a probationary period, this role offers a hybrid schedule 3 days in-office, 2 days remote. Please note this is based on employee performance and is subject to change.
