Data Center Estimator

We are seeking a Senior Estimator to support data center and low voltage integration projects. This role is responsible for developing accurate cost estimates, bills of materials, and statements of work for large-scale infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate has strong experience in data center environments and can act as a technical advisor to both internal teams and clients., * Conduct site surveys and field walks to assess project requirements

• Develop detailed Bills of Materials (BOMs) and labor estimates
• Create comprehensive Statements of Work (SOW) for RFPs
• Review project documentation and generate RFIs as needed
• Analyze client needs and design functional technical solutions
• Support sales teams with technical expertise and project scoping
• Attend pre-bid meetings and scope reviews
• Lead project kickoff meetings and transition work to operations

Do you have experience in Productivity software?, * Experience in data center, structured cabling, or low voltage environments

• Ability to read and interpret floor plans, riser diagrams, and cabling schedules
• Strong understanding of rack builds, cable terminations, and infrastructure design
• Proficiency in cost estimation, data analysis, and project planning
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, etc.)
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, * 5+ years of experience in data center or related environments (preferred)
• Degree or relevant technical background (preferred)
• Ability to travel periodically for site visits and client meetings

• Office-based with periodic field/site visits
• Collaborative, fast-paced environment supporting large-scale projects
