Reporting to position: Store Integration Supervisor Travel: Minimal, as needed to regional and national sales meetings and markets About the Role: The Store Integration Coordinator supports the successful onboarding of new and transitioning stores by coordinating details and keeping integration projects organized and on track. Working closely with the Store Integration Supervisor, Integration Specialists, and internal teams, this role helps coordinate schedules, maintain equipment and materials, manage project information, and gather data needed to complete integrations efficiently. This is a hands-on, detail-focused position ideal for someone who is highly organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks while communicating clearly and providing strong support to both field teams and internal partners. Responsibilities include:
- Work with Store Integration Supervisor to gather information to expedite processes and help complete projects
- Help with coordinating information for Integration Projects including but not limited to supply shipments, flight reservations and research
- Assist in maintaining equipment schedules and requesting equipment maintenance
- Have the ability to lift 75 pounds
- Coordinate meetings with multiple Integration Specialists, Territory Sales Managers, Members/Prospects and other corporate staff for Integrations
- Work with internal teams as needed to request POs and data pulls from POS providers
- Update and maintain information, tasks and files in systems
- Compile, store and maintain survey responses post Integration
- Work with Sales Support, Member Care, Store Operations and other teams to effectively onboard new members
- Maintain and organize sales literature for distribution to field staff and members
- Prepare documents, materials, presentations and other projects for markets
- Help Store Operations team with additional projects and tasks as needed including but not limited to making outbound sales and service calls to members and/or prospects.
- History maintenance on completed projects
Requirements
- High School Diploma at minimum, Associates or Bachelor Degree in business or equivalent experience preferred
- Demonstrated familiarity with using standard business computer applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability and willingness to learn new software applications
