Job description
- Manage and maintain product listings within Amazon Vendor Central, ensuring compliance with marketplace style guidelines, category requirements, and brand standards.
- Monitor and audit product content across partner ecommerce sites including Walmart and The Home Depot to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and ecommerce optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product, and design to optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and keywords to improve search visibility and conversion performance.
- Monitor listing health and troubleshoot catalog issues including suppressed listings, content errors, and catalog conflicts.
- Identify underperforming listings and provide recommendations for content updates, SEO improvements, and ecommerce optimization.
- Track, organize, and prioritize product content updates and optimization opportunities across marketplace and partner websites.
- Identify and escalate content inconsistencies or errors, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
- Utilize internal digital asset management (DAM) libraries and approved brand content to maintain consistency across all listings.
- Manage product content updates through partner portals, ticketing systems, and internal teams, ensuring requested updates are implemented accurately.
- Understand the unique content requirements, templates, and limitations across marketplace and partner ecommerce platforms.
- Support internal process improvements that enhance product data accuracy, listing setup, and cross-team communication.
- Communicate listing updates, changes, and optimization initiatives with relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, merchandising, business, or other related field, or equivalent experience required.
1-2 years' relevant work experience.
Experience with Amazon Vendor Central / Seller Central
Experience managing product content and listings in online marketplaces such as Amazon and retail partner platforms. Experience working with product data, catalog structures, and bulk content uploads.
Familiarity with ecommerce platforms
Strong attention to detail, including the ability to effectively prioritize daily tasks.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
Exceptional Excel skills with the ability to manipulate and analyze large data sets.
Strong problem-solving skills and a curiosity for exploring details.
High level of initiative to tackle new challenges
Must have excellent communication skills, including internal company communications as well as external with multi-national support teams.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

Work Hours: Hybrid schedule with on-site and work from home days. This is a regular, benefits-eligible position.
Hiring Compensation for Ecommerce Support Specialist: Hiring pay: $27.50 to $30.00 / hour DOQ.
