- Respond to help desk requests across all firm offices
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and systems
- Conduct IT onboarding for new employees
- Troubleshoot issues remotely and escalate when necessary
- Maintain accurate logs of issues and resolutions
- Assist with IT projects and system implementations
- Recommend improvements to IT procedures and workflows
Requirements
Lippes Mathias LLP is seeking an experienced and dependable IT Technician to join our Buffalo office. This on-site role requires a professional, organized, and team-oriented individual who can handle technical support with discretion and a positive attitude., * 3-5 years of help desk or IT support experience
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Law firm experience preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Active Directory, and Citrix
- Familiarity with VMware and basic server/network administration
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- High level of discretion and professionalism
Benefits & conditions
Salary range depending on experience: $23-$26/hour. This is a good faith estimate for the position based on location and minimum criteria. Actual compensation may vary based on experience and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
