Job description

We help organizations unlock the full potential of their operations by combining data, digital tools, and real-world execution expertise. Our focus is not just analysis, but impact, enabling better decisions, stronger processes, and measurable results across supply chain, quality, and IT.

In this role, you will directly contribute to transforming raw data into actionable insights that influence performance and strategic direction, particularly within a high-impact automotive environment., You will work on live systems, real data, and decisions that matter.

  • Close to the business Direct collaboration with stakeholders across engineering, sales, and quality, not isolated analytics work.

  • Growth through responsibility Early ownership of tools, dashboards, and analytical models that drive decision-making.

  • Modern tech stack Exposure to Power BI, Azure, Python, and advanced analytics including predictive modeling and AI.

  • People-first culture We invest in development, whether through certifications, training programs, or hands-on project experience.

  • Long-term perspective We build sustainable solutions - not quick fixes.

Requirements

You don't just build dashboards for the sake of it, you want to understand what the data is telling and how it can drive better decisions.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
  • First experience (internship or up to ~2 years) in data analysis, data science, or statistics
  • Strong skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy) and working with data pipelines
  • Solid understanding of databases, ETL/ELT processes, and data modeling
  • Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (preferably Azure)
  • Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and modern analytics approaches
  • Interest or exposure to LLMs / AI tools is a plus

What really matters to us:

  • You are curious and ask "why" behind the numbers
  • You can translate complex data into something others can actually use
  • You are comfortable working across teams, not just behind a screen
  • You take ownership and like to build things that last
