We're seeking a Network Administrator who brings both technical depth and a customer-first mindset. In this role, you'll support core infrastructure, modern cloud tools like Microsoft Intune and Teams, and the A/V and network systems that keep our organization running smoothly. This is an opportunity to help shape a secure, connected, and forward-looking technology environment. End User Support & WorkstationsProvide Tier 2 technical support for hardware and software issues via phone, email, and in-person.Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows workstations.Manage the full lifecycle of peripherals, including printers, scanners, and docking stations.Microsoft 365 & SecurityAdminister M365 user accounts, licenses, and groups (Distribution and Security.Ensure endpoint compliance by maintaining antivirus definitions and OS patch levels.MDM/MAM & IntuneEnroll and manage mobile devices (iOS/Android) and laptops using Microsoft Intune.Package and deploy applications and configuration profiles to remote and on-site devices.Network & TelephonyMonitor and troubleshoot basic connectivity issues across switches, VLANs, and wireless access points.Perform physical cabling, port patching, and rack organization as needed.Configure and support Teams Phone for voice.Server & VirtualizationAssist with the monitoring of server health and virtual machines (VMware/Nutanix).Perform routine server maintenance, including updates and resource allocation adjustments.Monitor backup jobs and assist with data recovery requests to ensure business continuity.Meeting & On-Call SupportAssist public meetings scheduled during your on-call rotation (Evenings).Respond to incidents during your on-call rotation (After hours).For additional information about this job please visit the Network Administrator classification.
