Job description
We are hiring a client-facing Project Manager to lead software implementation projects and consulting delivery for enterprise clients.
As a Project Manager at Qualitas, you will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, including project planning, resource management, stakeholder communication, and execution. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at a high level of quality., * Lead and manage client-facing software implementation projects from initiation through completion
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and resource allocations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (consultants, developers, stakeholders)
- Serve as the primary client point-of-contact, managing communication and expectations
- Track project performance, including timelines, budgets, and resource utilization
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Drive accountability across the team to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
- Manage scope changes and change orders as project needs evolve
- Oversee the creation and quality of client-facing deliverables
- Support and mentor junior consultants and team members
- Contribute to process improvement and operational initiatives
- Stay current on Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), legal technology, and software implementation best practices
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and leadership
Requirements
Do you have experience in Project stakeholder communication?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, This role requires strong leadership, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced consulting environment., * Experience as a Project Manager in software implementation, consulting, or technology environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on accountability and execution
- Excellent communication skills with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Experience managing client relationships and stakeholder expectations
- Ability to navigate scope, timelines, and difficult project conversations
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Smartsheet, or similar)
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to follow through on deliverables
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel up to 15%, * Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Enterprise Legal Management (ELM), or legal technology platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification
