Job description

Manage delivery of analytics platform build by partnering with TS&O data and analytics leadership team and technical delivery partners. Explore product concepts to support the platform strategy and determine feasibility of proposed solutions, * Acts as the top product owner for business solutions understanding product, business, and competitive landscape to successfully enhance the company's competitive advantage in the industry.

  • Handles different aspects of the entire product life cycle from developing ideas to prototyping and testing new features and product ideas from a commercialization perspective.
  • Coordinates with key business partners to create a product vision, understand and help identify business value, understand required use cases and capabilities and translate these into product requirements.
  • Create and prioritize backlog of capabilities and features based on consumer insights, research, business goals, and Customer Experience (CX) needs to support strategic planning.
  • Implement functional strategies with functional teams across various internal functions (e.g. product, data engineering, data science, data science, operations, client services) to ensure seamless execution of analytics initiatives
  • Participate in sprint planning with technical team to prioritize capabilities based on strategic needs and partner with technical team for ensuring appropriate resourcing

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in in product management, or analytics solution development in the healthcare data and analytics space.
  • 5+ years of experience in delivering impactful analytics projects and solutions.
  • Adept at developing and presenting business insights from data and reports
  • Experience in using pharma industry data products e.g. IQVIA, Symphony health, to generate insights and recommendation
  • Experience working in cross-functional collaboration and solution development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, unstructured problem solving and strategic thinking skills

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience working within or in partnership with large healthcare organizations.
  • Experience with novel AI and Data Science capabilities

Education

Bachelor's degree required in relevant field of study (e.g. Data Science, Public Health, Business, Life Sciences)

Advanced degree (MBA, MS, PhD) in relevant fields preferred (e.g. Data Science, Public Health, Business, Life Sciences)

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
