Intelligence Solutions Integrator, Team Lead

Kaimetrix is seeking an Intelligence Solutions Integrator, Team Lead to lead intelligence data and information-sharing integration efforts for the Army G-2 Data Capabilities Division. This role focuses on synchronizing Army, DoD, IC, and coalition intelligence systems to improve data discovery, access, and interoperability across mission environments., * Coordinate bilateral and multilateral intelligence data integration initiatives

• Identify intelligence architecture gaps and recommend technical or procedural solutions
• Support foreign partner and coalition intelligence interoperability
• Draft and maintain SOPs, architecture documentation, and integration plans
• Deliver briefings and decision-support materials to Government leadership
• Engage with data providers, consumers, and system owners across the Army and IC
• Support embedded intelligence integration efforts within operational units

• Senior Intelligence Solutions Integrator experience plus 4+ years leading teams
• Demonstrated experience supporting intelligence data sharing with bilateral or multilateral partners
• Strong documentation, briefing, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI polygraph, * Experience supporting Multi-Domain Operations (MDO)
• Familiarity with Army Intelligence Data Platform (AIDP)
• Experience supporting coalition or foreign disclosure environments
