Job description

We are a 14 CFR Part 145 FAA-certificated Repair Station seeking a detail-oriented Stockroom & Repair Routing Coordinator to support our stockroom operations, parts hospital (expedite/AOG support), and in-house rework routing and tracking. This role is critical to maintaining material control, repair flow efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced aviation maintenance environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesStockroom & Inventory Support

  • Receive, issue, and track aircraft parts, components, and materials
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the system
  • Verify part numbers, serial numbers, quantities, and documentation
  • Ensure proper storage, identification, and segregation of parts

Parts Hospital / Expedite Support

  • Support the parts hospital for priority, AOG, or expedited components
  • Monitor urgent repairs and coordinate with production, QA, and planning
  • Ensure high-priority parts are properly identified and tracked

In-House Rework Routing & Tracking

  • Create, update, and manage in-house rework routings
  • Track repair status through each operation step
  • Ensure work orders move efficiently between departments
  • Verify routing accuracy per approved data and internal procedures

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all activities comply with 14 CFR Part 145, internal procedures, and quality requirements
  • Maintain accurate records for traceability and audits
  • Support Quality and Production teams as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in aviation stockroom, material control, or repair station environment
  • Familiarity with FAA Part 145 operations
  • Strong organizational and tracking skills
  • Ability to read part numbers, routings, and work orders accurately
  • Basic computer skills (

Preferred

  • Prior experience working in a repair station stockroom or parts hospital
  • Knowledge of aviation documentation (8130-3, trace, CMMs, IPCs)
  • Experience with in-house rework or repair routing systems
  • Ability to work under time-sensitive or AOG conditions
